User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms for using Any2PDF(the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms

This Agreement governs your use of the App and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you confirm that you have full civil capacity to accept this Agreement, or that you use the Services under the guidance of a guardian as required by law.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Protection of User's Personal Privacy Information

We respect your privacy and handle information in accordance with our Privacy Policy published on this website.

The App primarily processes files you choose to open on your device. If you enable iCloud features, Apple iCloud may store files according to your iCloud settings.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for ensuring you have the lawful rights to access, use, and share any files you open, export, print, or otherwise process using the App.

You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement when using the Services.

4. User Behavior Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features or licensing controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services.

5. Data Storage

Files you open or export are stored on your device and/or in your own cloud storage (such as iCloud) depending on your settings and choices.

Users understand and agree that this product will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of user data storage during the use of the services. However, this product cannot provide absolute security guarantees against risks arising from factors beyond reasonable control.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

You understand that file viewing, conversion, and printing may involve risks such as data loss, formatting differences, or compatibility issues. You should back up important files before performing conversions or edits outside the App.

7. Intellectual Property Statement

The App and all related intellectual property rights (including but not limited to software, UI design, logos, and trademarks) belong to us or our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of your own files and content. You grant us no ownership over your content by using the App.

8. Modification of the Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this website and will take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

9. Changes or Termination of Services

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time due to product upgrades, maintenance, legal requirements, or other operational reasons.

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App.

10. Prohibition of Commercialization of Services

Unless we provide written permission, you may not resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Services or provide the Services to third parties as a paid service.

11. Force Majeure and Other Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with all files or devices.

We are not responsible for service interruptions or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control.
